The classes are designed to be small for more personal attention from instructor nlike your usual gym crowd.
She will be guiding participants on how to use the weights and how to efficiently exercise and avoid injuries for better results and a healthier "YOU". You will learn how to exercise on your own either at home, parks on at a hotel for those with "on the go" jobs and eliminate the "NO TIME TO GO TO EXERCISE" excuse!

Anaerobic Benefits of Dancing
When you perform any type of dancing, you are going to get plenty of aerobic benefits. But there are also anaerobic benefits to be had as well. Specifically, it forces many of the muscles in your legs and hips to work harder. This provides anaerobic results because your muscles are getting pushed to the limit.
Additionally, many of these muscles do not get a workout when you run or walk. Dancing involves movements that require you to step backwards, which targets your glutes and your hips as well. So you'll be able to tone those muscles along with the other muscles in your legs.
